Non-oral
piercings: |
| |
|
• Soak q-tip
in saline wash or the preferred H2Ocean piercing spray. |
| |
• Clean in,
on, around botht sides of the piercing for 2 minutes. |
| |
• Clean off
any crusty build-up. |
| |
• Repeat 3
to 4 times a day for instructed healing time. |
| |
• And do not
rotate. |
| |

Oral piercings: |
| |
• Wrinse thoroughly
with antiseptic mouthwash (any brand make sure its antiseptic)
or the preferred H2Ocean artic rinse after anything that goes
in your mouth with the exception of distilled water. |

• For the duration
of time instructed by your piercer. |
